Better be Letter

Better be Letter, an English grammar challenge, features MCQs and a word bidding game. Teams compete, bidding on words to convey clues without using specific syllables or actions, testing linguistic prowess in a thrilling race against the clock.

Event Details:

Round 1: English grammar based MCQs

The game has to be completed within the allotted time of 20 minutes.

Round 2: 25 words or less

  1. The game is played by 1 player from each of the two teams, drawing a card and looking at the five words on the card.
  2. They then begin bidding words, starting at 25 and working backwards, until one player passes.
  3. The winner of the bid has one minute to give clues to their team, to try and get them to guess each of the five words on the card, where each word in the giver's clues counts as one of the words bid.
  4. The player is not allowed to use any syllable from the word on the card, or make any kind of actions.
  5. Battle against the finalists will consist of 10 words in a minute, free of bidding
